A Message to our Audience

about our 2020-2021 Series

Dryden Entertainment Series Update – December 2020

We have greatly missed being able to share concerts with you, our audience, and are disappointed to advise that all DES performances are cancelled for the remainder of the 2020 – 2021 series. We are extremely pleased that most of the artists contracted to perform this season have been rescheduled for our next season and we are very hopeful that DES 2021 – 2022 will be able to proceed as in previous years.

We are also excited to share that DES, with support from the Ontario Arts Council, is able to provide virtual outreach in schools.  Two projects will allow students to collaborate virtually with artists from our region to explore song writing and music production. Grade 8 students at Open Roads School are currently working with Nick Sherman from Sioux Lookout/Thunder Bay and a DHS music class will work with Jordin Laine and Adam Tocholke from Dryden beginning in February.  All interactions will take place virtually and both projects will culminate with a virtual performance that we are hoping to share with our DES audience.

DES will make you aware of our future plans as they are available.
